★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly cheaper buses, but GREAT service: agent at ticket counter recommended not the bus we asked for, but one leaving 30 mins later, because it gets to Valladolid 30 mins earlier than the one we asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the main bus station to get you to most anywhere from Merida. The buses are very nice, and the fares are silly cheap. ADO buses are a great value for people traveling around this area. Would the we had this good a bus system in the USA...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus did not leave or return at the scheduled times. We waited an hour at Uxmal for the return trip to Mérida.
There was air conditioning but only on the bus ride back. The bus ride to Uxmal was uncomfortable with no air conditioning and no open windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, I took a bus from Merida to Uxmal, the bus let you get off close to the Pyramids and you can take the bus on the other side of the road to get to Merida, the brand is 'Sur'. The only thing I don't like of this terminal is the restroom is so dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new terminal is a major improvement over the old CAME station. The terminal is clean and modern with lots of natural light and waiting rooms with a few places to buy snacks. Buying tickets is easy and if you purchase online or via the app you can save a few pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Google ado busstaition merida and found an adress. We were half an hour early. A man with an obviously useless job or unable to do that one thing he has to do right, looked at our tickets and said "muy bien". We are now in the section were only valid ticket holders are allowed in. We wait half an hour and are confused why the bus hasn't arrived. Is it delayed? We go and ask someone. She tells us that ado doesn't use this busstaition. It's around the corner. We run to the busstation were it just departet.
In conclusion: the combination of an outdated Google maps and an incompetent and therefore useless busstop employee cost me twice the busfare
