★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my experience using the ADO bus service. The buses are on time, exceptionally clean, bus drivers are very professional and it gets you from here to there. I’ve taken buses all over the world and these are some of the best!! Also you can download their app and purchase your tickets there, super easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its right at the corner of 5th avenue and Av Benito Juarez. There are two ado stations in Playa del Carmen with this being the closest one to 5th avenue. They display the bus times on the screens there so its easy to see and the staff also speaks english if you need more help. Lots of seats and a convenience store inside as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy and very cheap. The buses were all in great shape, very new. They have washrooms onboard. There is Wi-Fi in the terminals not on the buses though. The seats are comfortable and the drivers are very cautious and friendly. Probably the most humane way to get to playa car from Cancun. I have taken private transfers and been picked up by family but I think this is my preferred method. Stress free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best way to move between the airport, Cancun, playa del Carmen and tulum without being scammed by taxi drivers and their high unreasonable season dollar rates. A but from the airport to tulum it’s just 10$! Half from playa to the airport. Easy to buy the tickets online but tourist don’t always know that and then complain for lines. Just go online and buy your tickets to reserve your seats stress free. Often u can even access to cheaper rates. I don’t have photos to upload but the buses are red, they’re clean and not smelly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bus station. You can buy your tickets here or online. Great customer service. Clean facilities and very well organized. Recommend for anyone going to the Cancun airport or just traveling to any other city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice terminal. Easy to get around the Riviera Maya. Went to Xel-Ha from here. I do not recommend Xel-Ha, but will use ADO to get around from now on. Bus was really clean and comfy. And had a bathroom.
