And the service isn't the best

They think they are the only one in world but forgetting that they are in 21st century people check reviews and prices in seconds. So please don’t waste your valuable money and time with them. If possible find any another option please do not support these expensive companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wedding video is months overdue and I have received zero information about it. They keep saying my video is not ready when I reach out but have not clue when it will be ready. Do book someone off the resort save yourself a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY AMATEUR. The photos they provided us were AWEFUL! The photographer had no concept of proper lighting and depth of field, which means they were using the wrong lens the entire time. If you zoomed in on the pictures they provided us, even just a bit, many were blurry and had a lot of noise. The light on people's faces was VERY, VERY harsh and made them look old and sickly. We LITERALLY took better pictures with our camera phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ César and Federica were above and beyond amazing to work with on our wedding day at Secrets Aura in Cozumel! So easy to work with and I didn’t even notice them during the ceremony as they caught great images. Federica shot the video and had great suggestions for action shots during the photos following the ceremony. Cesar took extra time with us to squeeze a couple extra shots in with family and we couldn’t be more thankful. An amazing day and so thankful for them both!!
