★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUST TRY! We stumbled across this place on our trip and tried the oreo icecream which was absolutely delicious, by far the best ice cream of our trip. She makes the ice cream using fresh ingredients right in front of you on a cold slab - so it's both entertaining to watch and delicious to eat afterwards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An unassuming food truck that surprised me in a great way. I ordered an ice roll with mango, strawberry, and blackberry, and it was THE best ice cream I’ve had in bacalar. It takes 8 minutes to make, but the wait is absolutely worth it. The guy chopped the fruit and made the ice cream on an ice block in front of me, and it came out so fresh and delicious. Muy rico!!! So good that I quickly ate it before I could snap a photo ?
