Upon arriving at the car rental agency I was charged a different price. Also they said that the insurance Expedia quoted in the offer I booked is not included.
Better go to the branch directly by the public ferry pier.

it's the only car rental company that offers full coverage and no deductible! excellent customer service makes a big difference when your on the island! honesty and friendly truly goes along way! this Alamo has it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience with Alamo Rental Car in the Cozumel Island (Mexico). Ivan was super helpful, polite and not pushy like many others when you jump out of the ferry. I would highly recommend him and Alamo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Alamo counter is now just in the ferry terminal. We had an online reservation and already paid, but at the counter they told us that they don't have a car because they were overbooked. We had to call the customer service for the refund of our money. We were really upset.

It was full of scratch, got them to write it on the contract, to cover myself.
They said, don't worry.
When I returned the car, big argument about it.
Very dishonest.
