★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son muy deshonestos, venden los vehículos con el kilometraje alterado, con fallas ocultas y lo peor del caso es que si vas a los dos o tres días después de que te diste cuenta del fraude que te vendieron y les pides que te regresen tu dinero y tu les regresas su vehículo no te quieren ni ayudar a volverlo a venderlo y ni siquiera te lo quieren recibir por una cantidad menor para que ellos que le saben estafen a otra persona, te dicen que ellos se hacen cargo de los tramites y gastos de emplacamiento y ya cuando te lo entregan emplacado a tu nombre te cobran todo lo que ellos habían dicho que los gastos estaban incluidos en le precio, ¡CUIDADO NO COMPREN EN ALCE AUTOMOTRIZ!
P.D. le puse una estrella por que si no no me dejaba hacer la publicación, pero yo lo dejaba sin estrella alguna.
They are very dishonest, they sell vehicles with altered mileage, with hidden faults and the worst thing is that if you go two or three days after you realized the fraud they sold you and ask them to return your money and you return their vehicle they do not want you or help you to sell it again and they do not even want to receive it for a lesser amount so that they who know rip off someone else, they tell you that they take care of the paperwork and placement costs and when they deliver it to you in your name they charge you for everything they had said that the expenses were included in the price, BEWARE DO NOT BUY IN AUTOMOTIVE MOOSE!
