I	Issy Glez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer se contrato el servicio, para el traslado de un paciente, se les marco a las 9 de la mañana y se me informo que tenia que hablar mínimo 40 min. antes, por lo cual yo marque 1 hora antes, y aun así llegaron tarde, porque me dijeron que se les había descompuesto la ambulancia, por lo cual tuvieron que mandar otra unidad, que fue la que finalmente llevo a mi paciente, que acababa de tener 2 cirugías de la cabeza, por lo cual se les pidió que fueran despacio ya que había tenido una hemorragia (motivo por el cual se contrato el servicio), pero ellos iban súper rápido, se les pidió en varias ocasiones que bajaran la velocidad e hicieron caso omiso, al llegar al domicilio de la paciente se les pidió una explicación a lo cual el dijo que ellos no se hacían responsables de nada ya que ellos ni eran de esa empresa, fue mucha la molestia de los familiares de mi paciente ya que esta empresa, resulto no tener nada de seriedad y se la pasaron diciendo mentiras, deberían de darles mantenimiento a sus vehículos y tener uno disponible para cuando a ellos como empresa les suceda esto y no tengan que contratar a alguien mas. Before, so I had checked 1 hour earlier, and even then they were late, because they told me that the ambulance had broken down, so they had to send another unit, which was the one that finally took my patient, who had just having 2 head surgeries, which is why they were asked to go slowly since they had had a hemorrhage (which is why the service was contracted), but they were going super fast, they were asked on several occasions to slow down and They ignored it, when they arrived at the patient's home they were asked for an explanation, to which he said that they were not responsible for anything since they were not from that company, it was very annoying for my patient's relatives since This company, turned out to be not at all serious and they kept telling lies, they should maintain their vehicles and have one available for when this happens to them as a company and they do not have to hire someone else.
