★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pocos me brindaron buena atención, entre ellos Victor Manuel Martin Manzano, José Luis Romero, Manuel Aviles medianamente y por supuesto el ajustador que me atendió el cuál no se su nombre. Muy mala atención por parte de David Rodrigo Velasquez (inspector de calidad) y peor aún por parte de Teresa Domínguez Hernández (Analista administrativo) que me mandó a hacer un trámite con la persona incorrecta por lo tanto tuve que empezar a moverme por mi propia cuenta para lograrlo.
La verdad es que no volveré a contratar otro seguro aquí ya que fueron muchas vueltas innecesarias y perdida de tiempo que me hicieron pasar. NO lo recomiendo
Very few gave me good care, among them Victor Manuel Martin Manzano, José Luis Romero, Manuel Aviles moderately and of course the adjuster who treated me who I don't know his name. Very bad attention from David Rodrigo Velasquez (quality inspector) and worse still from Teresa Domínguez Hernández (Administrative Analyst) who sent me to do a procedure with the wrong person, therefore I had to start moving on my own to make it.
The truth is that I will not take out another insurance here since there were many unnecessary laps and waste of time that they made me pass. I do not recommend it
