Llegué a las 7:00. Me dijo una empleada que me tocaba el número 2. Después de 2 horas le pregunté si ya me atenderían y contestó que no, porque la persona que hace el estudio no había llegado y había 3 personas antes que yo. Le indiqué que yo era la segunda, según me dijo su compañera, y dijo que "las personas que atenderian antes que a mi, habían pagado un dia antes y tenían preferencia" y continuó: "por eso se les pide que vengan con disponibilidad de tiempo".
Eso, lo deberían mencionar . Es recomendable que se agenden citas. Me atendieron después de 4 horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que te atiende es muy amable y atenta. Tiene la paciencia necesaria para atender a las personas de la tercera edad. La persona que me atendió para tomar las muestras de sangre fue muy efectiva a la primera encontró la vena y tomo las muestras que se necesitan para los estudios solicitados. Así mismo para realizar el estudio del electrocardiograma, tiene toda la experiencia para realizarlo. Si uno pide le envían los resultados a su correo.

En general fueron muy gentiles al realizarme los estudios, en especial cuando me tomaron las muestras de sangre, no me quedó ni un rastro del piquete, no tuve ningún moretón (he tenido malas experiencias en otros laboratorios como el Chopo). Los precios son EXCELENTES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy molesta porque me citaron a las 7am para los estudios de sangre y a las 8 para el ultrasonido. Ya en el laboratorio me avisaron que llegaría a las 9am. Me hicieron tomar 1.5 litros de agua desde las 8am y llego hasta las 10am. El Dr Arturo Gaona me dijo que el si había avisado que llegaría hasta las 10 y que no era su culpa. Lo cual es mentira puesto que me enseñaron los mensajes que aviso un día antes. A parte no contestaba mensajes ni llamadas. Valiéndose totalmente
