★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy bonitas las casas, sólo que el parque esta muy pequeño para la cantidad de casas con las que cuenta y solo son tres columpios para todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta su ubicación, las casas y el parque. Desafortunadamente tienes que estar a cada momento revisando todo en cuanto a la casa. Esto porque las casas tienen defectos y el arquitecto encargado dura mucho tiempo en resolver o no hace nada por solucionar el problema que tenga tu casa. También las personas de ventas parece que no tienen un orden para hacer aclaraciones, además que su servicio deja mucho que desear cuando te dicen una cosa y no cumplen con lo dicho.
I like its location, the houses and the park. Unfortunately you have to be reviewing everything about the house at all times. This is because the houses have defects and the architect in charge takes a long time to solve or does nothing to solve the problem that your house has. Sales people also seem to have no order to make clarifications, and their service leaves much to be desired when they tell you something and do not comply with what has been said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación parque agradable , pero lastima como unidad residencial privada tiene muchas deficiencias de seguridad , ni siquiera tienen guardias y uno tiene que esperar al residente que vaya a caseta a abrir , yo no viviría ahí , cualquiera puede pasar a pie no tienen barandales ni un filtro de seguridad , nada , pésimo en ese aspecto , por ejemplo en cerradas de hacienda de Sta fe y privadas del parque aquí mismo en Apodaca no cualquiera entra y tienen una gran seguridad ?
Good location nice park, but it hurts as a private residential unit it has many security deficiencies, they do not even have guards and one has to wait for the resident to go to the booth to open, I would not live there, anyone can walk through they do not have railings or a Security filter, nothing, terrible in that regard, for example in closed farms of Sta fe and private parks right here in Apodaca, not just anyone enters and they have great security ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baja calidad en materiales, acabados y mano de obra, la calidad del servicio es pésima, para escalar situaciones es complicado por qué no hay empatía de servicio al cliente, vayan a ver las demás obras de esta “constructora” y notarán que en 10 años se caen!
