★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desearía que pudiera dar 0000 estrellas. Es el peor lugar en que e comido. Pedí una cemita de carne enchilada para mi novia, ella sin tener mucho conocimiento de comida mexicana comió casi la mitad, cuando ella medio a probar yo note un raro sabor cuando abrí la carne mi sorpresa fue que la carne ¡NO estaba cocinada!. Rápida mente le informe ala mesera. Y no obstante no me dio una respuesta congruente ,pedí hablar con el gerente, que nos trato de una manera muy ruda ,no siendo consiente del peligro que es comer carne cruda. Tengan cuidado con este lugar.
 I wish I could give 0000 stars. It's the worst place I've ever eaten. I ordered a cemita de carne enchilada for my girlfriend, she without having much knowledge of Mexican food ate almost half, when she half to taste I noticed a strange flavor when I opened the meat my surprise was that the meat was NOT cooked !. I quickly informed the waitress. And yet he did not give me a consistent answer, I asked to speak to the manager, who treated us in a very rude way, not being aware of the danger of eating raw meat. Be careful with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bastante regular. La comida no es preparada al momento. El sabor y sazón está bien, pero el menú no es muy amplio y no es fresco. El servicio bastante mediocre a pesar de que no había gente, los precios en realidad están caros para el nivel de cocina que manejan. Lo peor, nos agregaron una “propina sugerida” en la cuenta, lo que detecté de inmediato y le pedí a la mesera que solo me cobrara la cuenta y la propina yo la dejaba. Hizo caso omiso y me cobro el servicio, lógicamente pedí que me devolvieran el cambio completo. No regresaría ni lo recomendaría. Tienen otras sucursales, evítenlas.
Pretty regular place. The food is not prepared at the moment. The taste and seasoning is fine, but the menu is not very extensive and is not fresh. The service quite mediocre even though there were no people, prices are really expensive for the level of cooking they handle. The worst, they added a “suggested tip” to the account, which I detected immediately and asked the waitress to only charge me the bill and the tip I left. He ignored and charged me for the service, logically I asked for the full change back. I would not return or recommend it. They have other branches, avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dejen de visitar este sitio, Generalmente los tours que salen de la Ciudad de México ya tienen ciertos lugares donde ellos te llevan a comer pero nosotros decidimos ir a buscar por nuestra propia cuenta lugares Criollos de la ciudad y encontramos este que está prácticamente a dos cuadras del zócalo del centro de Puebla y tenían una variedad bastante amplia y la comida era riquísima Les recomiendo las cemitas que son iconicas de este pueblo muy muy ricas
stop and visit this site, generally the tours that leave Mexico City and have certain places they take you to eat but we decided to go look for ourselves Creoles places in town and found this is almost two socket blocks from downtown Puebla and had a fairly wide choice and the food was scrumptious I recommend the cemitas that are iconic of this very rich people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los peores lugares en el centro para comer, comida recalentada, les pides algo y tardan demasiado, ah eso si, cuando te acercas invaden tu espacio para convencerte entrar y cuando lo haces te ignoran para atender grupos más grandes, repito de los peores lugares para comer, ojalá profeco cierre este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar terrible! Te tratan con descaso porque estás solo y cuando aparece un grupo más grande afuera te dejan hablando solo y no atienden más. Yo salí del lugar y la señora tampoco se dio cuenta porque estaba muy ocupada dando prioridad a un grupo más grande que estaba afuera (si, mientras le hizo una pregunta me dejó hablando solo para atender a otras personas)
No vengan aquí! Hay muchos lugares mejores en la ciudad.
Terrible place! They treat you with care because you are alone and when a larger group appears outside they leave you talking alone and do not attend anymore. I left the place and the lady did not notice either because she was very busy giving priority to a larger group that was outside (yes, while she asked her a question she left me talking only to attend to other people)
Don't come here! There are many better places in the city.
