★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deshonestos/engañan. Llevamos una computadora, nos dijeron que era un chip de video, y nos querían cobrar lo que no era. Nosotros reseteamos el sistema operativo y ya está funcionando la computadora de nuevo. No los recomiendo.
Dishonest / cheat. We brought a computer, they told us it was a video chip, and they wanted to charge us what it wasn't. We reset the operating system and the computer is working again. I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se mojó iPhone ? 6s. Y lo lleve a su sucursal que tenían en Milenio. Me lo cotizaron carísimo y lo fui a recoger a un lado de Famsa. Me dijeron que no servía el WiFi y era falso. También me cambiaron mi tarjeta lógica. Termine llevándolo a Telcel y no me hicieron válida una garantía por que fue manipulado. Esa garantía que todos los IPhone comprados en Telcel tienen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está cerrado por la contingencia y no te contesta ninguna persona, lo hacen por medio de conmutador ñ, finalmente te piden envíes whats y amablemente contestan pero te indican que debes esperar 12 ó 24 horas ?
It is closed due to contingency and no one answers you, they do it by means of a switch ñ, finally they ask you to send whats and they kindly answer but they tell you that you must wait 12 or 24 hours ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos mentirosos, dan diagnósticos falsos y encima te cobran carísimo por tus "reparaciones". Me dijeron que era algo físico a pesar de que les di información del posible problema, resulta que era un fallo menor y no tuve que gastar un peso para hacer funcionar mi computadora. Jamás reparen sus dispositivos en este lugar, es una estafa.
They are liars, they give false diagnoses and on top of that they charge you dearly for your "repairs." They told me it was something physical even though I gave them information about the possible problem, it turns out it was a minor bug and I didn't have to spend a dollar to get my computer working. Never repair your devices in this place, it is a scam.
