Muy buena ubicación. A 5 cuadras chicas de playa norte. Amables y atentos a tus solicitudes. En fin de semana hay algo de ruido por los vecinos que hacen reuniones, pero no tan tarde. A la vuelta esta el súper Aki que te aliviana con lo necesario.

IA pesar de los 3 pisos por escalera, apartamento completísimo. Cocina eléctrica, heladera, cafetera, utensilios y vajilla.la única molestia que no tiene blackout la puerta mucha luz para dormir

Czysty duży pokój, dostaliśmy baniak wody co jest na duży plus. Obsługa bardzo miła (pomogła nam w momencie gdy potrzebowaliśmy konsultacji lekarza)

Gute Preis Leistung, liebe Rezeption, ein bisschen abgenutzte Zimmer, Fernseher funktioniert halbwegs, Bad ist modern und neu. WLAN funktioniert ebenfalls wie gewünscht —> Passwort seht im Zimmer auf einem Stehtisch Klimaanlage top.

Nice little room, stayed there 3 days. Very central but quiet at the same time.

Booked through Booking.com and upon arrival they wanted double the price, stating the rate on Booking.com was a mistake. It might have been but they did reach out to me to confirm my reservation and arrival time so I would have expected them to notify me of the mistake at that time so I would have an opportunity to find alternative options. It was an inconvenience to sit on the road finding an alternative but I managed to find something just as nice for the same price as I had booked, so I'm not sure it was a mistake. EDIT in response to the owner: I gave the gentleman checking me in my name. He looked at his computer for 5-10 seconds and then informed me the rate was wrong. Either he knew the rate was wrong in advance or he realized it was wrong while reviewing the reservation. Either way, the rate on his computer matched the rate on my app. I have no idea if the rate was a mistake on the part of you or Booking.com, but I was disappointed by the inconvenience of having to find alternative accommodations because you didn't honor the rate. This definitely was not MY mistake.

I have stayed in 2 different rooms here. The location looked disappointing at first and its a little difficult to find the entrance. BUT...after wandering around the island I think I was in the perfect budget accommodation! The location is pretty peaceful at night but 2 minutes into the heart of Centro. Laundry, supermarket all close by. My first room was newly painted and very clean but no view or private balcony. I decided to stay here longer and the 2nd room was very big, with kitchen, private balcony overlooking the sea, a little more dated but still perfect. Rooms cleaned every day too. Toiletries, coffee, mineral water all in the room. I would highly recommend this place!
