Seeking a full refund. Ruined our first night in Tulum and we need a place to stay tonight as well and might have to look elsewhere.

All brand new,just as in pictures! surrounded by many green plants, having nice swimming pool with hammocs. apartement it self has all you need to rest and cook! we extended our stay as we really love this place! Highly recomended! and thanks to @Lockey for hospitality!
