La calidad del edificio es magnífica y la terraza perfecta para hacer pequeñas reuniones con amigos. Muy creativo el diseño del lugar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent location. To a street of the main avenue which there is less noise and is very close to the street that leads to the beach. The quality of the building is magnificent and the perfect terrace for small meetings with friends. Very creative place design. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy lindo decorado, céntrico y de fácil acceso, sin problemas con el agua, cama muy confortable, aires funcionando a la perfección.
Oportunidades de mejora:
deben revisar antes de entregar apartamento, durante mi estancia vi a un pequeño ratón, yo no tengo miedo de ellos, pero si son un problema porque dejan el pupu en todos lados y es peligroso; la piscina debe tener mejor mantenimiento y definitivamente dejar buen Internet; a nosotros nos dijeron que hubo un problema que un camión se había llevado el cable, sin embargo ya vi anteriormente otras quejas en otras oportunidades al respecto, así que no creo sea muy casual.
La atención de Moises fue muy buena, un joven muy amable.
Bien podría ser el mejor lugar de alojamiento céntrico de Tulum si mejoran estos puntos.

The attention of Moises was very good, a very kind young man.
It could well be the best downtown accommodation in Tulum if they improve these points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Host is super responsive which was greatly appreciated. Beautiful rooftop pool where you can lay and soak up the sun; only thing missing up there is a tv and some speakers. We stayed up there for hours! The apartment itself has so much potential, but I just couldn’t get past the smell… I think it was the sewerage system or something. Also, there were these tiny red bugs on the walls in the shower, by the toilet, sinks, and outside of the bathroom door. Overall the location is pretty close to the busy main strip so you can walk to stores and restaurants.
