A nice hotel nothing to fancy, the legends bar is a good place for a drink and they have a beach club

Nice place , rooms are not luxurous, but clean , very friendly staff , close to beach and 5th av. and shops , no elevator but only 2 floors , and sometimes noisy guests .

An affordable hotel just one block away from the fifth avenue. Mamitas beach is only 10 mins walking. Overall is a good place to stay, is clean. DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR but a guy there can help you to bring your luggage upstairs. 4 stars because we forgot something in the room, and a couple hours later we asked but we never could get the objects back.

Defenitly not worth going there. No beach acess, no free entry to the advertised beach club, pool is small and looks filthy - rooms are okay but not more than okay (water in shower doesn't flush, salty water in the shower, no towels and gels at the first night, no towels for hair, no phone and fridge in the rooms) Defenitly a lot better hotels around in Playa del Carmen!

The hotel room was great and super big. And the price was good but I do not consider it an all-inclusive if you do not get to order anything off the menu without being charged and also you are not allowed to take drinks or snacks from the restaurant or bar to the pool. You'll have to walk about two blocks to get to the restaurants. The beach club had extremely bad service and was very expensive(even though we had an all-inclusive package.) I would definitely not choose to go here again. P.s. housekeeping was great, very friendly.

Location is good, right in downtown. The rooms are big. The water could be warmer, but it's not too cold either. If you have a car, they can't find you some space around the hotel, but they couldn't find one for me when I went to a show and came back latw, even thought the person responsible said I would have it when I arrive. Overall, good place to go.

Very nice huge rooms! They were so helpful walked us to the room. H20 Bluewater diving company set us up here to go swim with the whale sharks seeing there's not an ferry from cozumel. The only bad thing I can say is I didn't get any of my 3 wake up calls. Lol. Its ok because I was so excited I was up at 2:30am but if you're a heavy sleeper set your own alarm clock. Try not to get a room near the pool. Thank goodness the room was so huge I could go in the back room and shut the door from the pool. Its clean and I reslly appreciate H20 paying for the stay for the night.

Very basic rooms. Doors do not lock properly They charged me extra to let my friend help me carry my bags up to my room. The beach club is nonexistant and the pool is full of screaming children from 7am on.
