p	pablo villegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que complicado ineficiente el servicio de entrega a domicilio por parte de mensajería de ET&T no pidan ningún servicio por vía telefónica porque es muy malo el servicio ya que te engañan de que acuden al domicilio y realmente no acuden es muy malo el servicio pésimo por qué el esfuerzo que el ejecutivo de Ventas hace lo hechan a perder los de entrega de mensajería realmente no recomiendo que hagan su renovación por vía telefónica no importa que sea AT&T México porque después se pasan la bolita de departamento a departamento sin importar que perjudiquen al cliente creandole contratiempo How complicated inefficient the home delivery service by ET&T couriers do not ask for any service by phone because the service is very bad since they deceive you that they go to the home and they really do not go, the lousy service is very bad why the effort that the Sales executive makes spoil the courier delivery I really do not recommend that they make their renewal by phone no matter what it is AT&T Mexico because then they pass the ball from department to department regardless of whether they harm the client creating setbacks

Se recomienda reforzar la misión de la empresa y motivar a su personal para una mejor atención al cliente. Hay otras tiendas que así lo entienden y su personal atiende con empatía y gran actitud de servicio en la adquisición de un equipo. Felicidades por su personal en la tienda de plaza averanda! Now over week later they have not reinstated my number only have temporary number to call out. No incoming calls to my number of many years. Still making calls to correct this problem. Never seen such technical incompetent service. Worst service l have ever experienced. Do not use AT&T if you need continuous use of your phone.
