★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron a reparar mi celular a la Huawei de Polanco. De la patada, no te recibe nadie, tú tienes que buscar a alguien para que te informe. Manejan dos turnos, uno normal y otro vip. No sabes cuál tomar, me tardaron 42 minutos en atenderme. Estando los tres módulos que manejan con su personal completo. Al presentarles mi problema, que fallaba el botón de encendido, me pidieron ticket de compra y la garantía, como el ticket no se veía bien por el tiempo. Querían otro, les comenté que si me iban a hacer ir a la tienda donde compré el celular que se encuentra en Ecatepec por otro ticket. A lo cual, de una manera altanera me afirmaron que sí. Encima me dijeron que hay que esperar dos horas para que te cheque un técnico el celular, mejor me retiré. Al otro día fui a plaza meave, y me arreglaron el teléfono en dos minutos, pregunté cuánto era y me dijeron que nada, ya que estaba desacomodado el botón de encendido. Que sería una grosería cobrarme. En fin, ya vendí el celular Huawei y ahora traigo un Motorola, no me quiero arriesgar a otra mala experiencia con esa compañía.

That it would be rude to charge me. Anyway, I already sold the Huawei cell phone and now I bring a Motorola, I don't want to risk another bad experience with that company.

Hoy definitivamente me dijeron esa persona que le realizo mal su contrato ya no trabaja aquí y no se puede hacer nada .... Tiene que seguir con su plan a pagar eso es todo ...

Terrible, I want to cancel and it turns out that I can never, they always throw the ball and someone else.

Outrageous ? that simple, being that the error is from at&t.... It helped
