★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, nunca te resuelven nada y los trabajadores (en especial el gerente) no están nada preparados. En la sucursal siempre hay música y se hablan entre ellos con groserías enfrente de clientes. El peor servicio que he tenido.
The worst service, they never solve anything and the workers (especially the manager) are not prepared at all. There is always music in the branch and they talk to each other with rudeness in front of customers. The worst service I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de un mes de que me perdieran mi número, muchas vueltas, perdida de tiempo y dinero y ninguno de los empleados tiene las competencias para hacer cualquier trabajo ahí; además de el mal trato de una las chicas que ni siquiera dan su nombre.
El gerente amable, pero sin la capacidad de solucionar nada y con miedo de presentarse como el gerente para evadir los problemas del cliente. Nula capacitación técnica y ni hablar de servicio al cliente de parte de todos ellos.
Vayan a AT&T las Américas y de preferencia buscar otra opción para evitar el sufrimiento de tener que lidiar con problemas generados por estos colaboradores. Cero estrellas, pésimo servicio!!!
More than a month of losing my number, many laps, lost time and money and none of the employees have the skills to do any work there; In addition to the bad treatment of a girls who do not even give their name.
The friendly manager, but without the ability to solve anything and afraid to present himself as the manager to evade the customer's problems. No technical training and not to mention customer service from all of them.
Go to AT & T las Americas and preferably look for another option to avoid the suffering of having to deal with problems generated by these collaborators. Zero stars, terrible service !!!
