★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este cajero me robó 8000 pesos que descontó de mi cuenta y no me entregó, al presentar mi queja al banco me dijeron que me lo devolvería y como no fue así a las 72 horas me permitieron meter una aclaración que en menos de 24 horas calificaron de improcedente, acudí a sucursal y el ejecutivo me dijo que la razón era porque como es un cajero que no está en una sucursal solo cuenta con una cámara para ver el rostro de quién retira pero que no cuenta con cámaras que muestren si dió o no el dinero. CERO RECOMENDABLE EL CAJERO Y HASTA EL BANCO.
This cashier stole 8000 pesos from my account and did not give it to me. When I presented my complaint to the bank, they told me that it would be returned to me and, as it was not, after 72 hours, they allowed me to make a statement that in less than 24 hours was classified as Inadmissible, I went to a branch and the executive told me that the reason was because, as he is a cashier who is not in a branch, he only has a camera to see the face of the person who withdraws but does not have cameras that show whether or not he gave the money. RECOMMENDED ZERO THE CASHIER AND UNTIL THE BANK.
