10/10!!! MUST DO FOR YOUR TRIP!! Plan to spend your whole day here, and you will want to with how fun this place is!! Every single activity was thrilling - from the zip lining through the jungle, to the muddy ATV ride, to the ropes course, relaxing horse back riding, the beautiful cenote, and of course the delicious lunch!! We absolutely had the best day of our Mexico vacation here. What made our experience even more AMAZING was the hilarious staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. They cracked jokes, were very helpful, and made you feel like their friend from the moment you walked in. You can really tell they love what they do and love to share the experiences with others. Worth every single penny and we would do it all over again!!! Tips: bring bug spray, don’t be afraid to get dirty! (You can rinse off in the cenote at the end!), wear tennis shoes, laugh, and enjoy every second! THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER AT ATV AMAZING!! You made our trip and we are grateful for the experience we had!!!

Our trip to amazing ATVs was not amazing! I'll break it down to why you should consider other excursions. The transportation was fine and the driver was very kind. As we approached the entrance they greeted us and took us to this race track where you can "drive" a Shelby. Looks cool, but its 50 dollars per ride and you don't even drive it. There was absolutely no communication on where to go to check in. The staff was all over the place. We walked back and fourth about 4 times until they told us to go back to the entrance were we would fill out forms. During the longest check in ever they tell you that you cannot take any pictures at all during the ATV and Ziplining. We knew that they were probably going to tell us that anyways but it's another reason for them to make a quick 5 dollars off each person to put all your gear in the lockers. DO NOT go into the bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting! ATVs were old but they worked just fine. If you want to go a little faster than you want to be in the front near the instructor. If you are behind the first two people you will be going very slow. Instructors were very kind. Ziplining was very fun and "baby shark" one of the instructors was very kind to everyone. There was only one "cenote"!!! More like man made swimming hole!! It was relaxing swimming after all the activities but we were all very disappointed that the pictures are deceiving. They only let you stay in there for 10 mins then you have to move on for the next group to swim because it's not big enough. If you want to see a real cenote then book through a private tour!! The food was delicious but after working up an appetite you would think you would get a decent size plate...that wasn't the case. The food came out and you had enough food to make maybe 2 small tacos. On the reservation through Trip Advisor it stated that you will be provided with a bottle of water. They will tell you that means a cup of water not a bottle since it's a dollar to get a bottled water. The guy also told us that the bottled water is in the fountain water which doesn't make any sense at all. As we were sitting down waiting with our group one of the kitchen staff told us to move to make room for a bigger group and told us to sit elsewhere. Very unprofessional and not friendly at all. After the food and bad service we were told our bus was coming early since we all got there at 11:30 and finished by 3:30. If you book the early times do not make any plans to do anything that day. They will make you wait until all the transportation is there at 5pm then take you back. We were there for almost 6 hours and thankfully we didn't make any other plans because we wouldn't have made it.

Would rated 0 stars If possible ! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I've been there on April, 17, 2022, with my daughter, she want to do the horse back riding wich include in the package what I paid for, when we get there this rude older guy with raspy voice told us we can't do it ,when I ask him why? he couldn't explain because there were people paying less doing more activities than us, he was very very rude, I found out his name is Arturo Meraz, we stay there waiting for about 1 hour , finally a guy feel sorry for us and take us to the atvs , this atvs , are old, and the trail is boring with nothing to see, the zipline feel and look very unsafe, the cenote is a sink hole, made by then and filled with concrete. At the and we went to eat what it look like street tacos, my daughter wants more , I ask for extra and a guy named Noe charge me $5 and put it on his packet , I'm pretty sure was for himself . We were not allowed to take pictures , only them and if you want to buy the cheapest package is $30 per person o $60 for two , and up, You have to wait 1 o 2 hs for the ride back to the hotel, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE .

I'm not sure how the adventure would have been because we decided not to go after they were 40 minutes late picking us up. My husband and I sat at the front of our resort waiting for them even rushed through breakfast so we would be prompt. Then after we went back to our room, they decided to call to say they were in traffic and we needed to hurry up. It upset my husband for the way the driver wanted to rush us after they were late. But from the awful reviews, I'm not upset we changed our mind and no refund of course.

Don’t do it. I’ve been on ATV tours about 6 different times in Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. I always love it and it’s my favourite excursion to do in Mexico. This is by FAR the WORST ATV experience I’ve ever had. The trip begins with an hour and a half long bus ride on the highway to the park. I knew I was in a tourist trap as soon as we arrived, they tried to upsell you on a dumb 4 second drag race ride for $30 USD each. No one in my group did it. I was there to quad. They raved about safety and tried to sell us quad insurance and I got excited thinking this must be a fun/exciting ride they’re taking us on. Nope. The park is all man made in the jungle right off the highway. You don’t see any countryside or people or anything, you just go around the same dull track three times (15 mins total) which has no hills. The zip lines were nothing compared to Puerto Vallarta, where you’re actually going across mountainous terrain. They make you pay for a locker because it’s “too dangerous” to bring your cell phone on a quad. Safety first! They take your pictures for you though so no worries and it’s only $90 to get them at the end. Not Amazing at all. The worst.

Booked this activity through Velez Tours, and it became the worst decision. I was quite optimistic about this trip. Whoever, it became very disappointing as the day went by. Upon arrival, they try to sell you a mediocre race of 100 meters of some fast cars for $30 USD!!! It’s such a rip off, in N. America you can pay a little more for a better race. Definitely don’t fall for it. There was one older gentleman, with a loud raspy voice, who was quite rude at the beginning. (Not friendly). He rushed us, kept blowing his whistle at us, when we had barely finished registering. It felt like a boot camp with him around. The other (younger) guys working the zip lines were nice and super chill/friendly. They made everything seem safe. We were glad the older guy was not in our way anymore, because his presence made us feel uneasy. Also, be aware of the extra chargers that they offer you. You can’t bring your stuff with you, so you have to leave it in a locker, but that locker is 5 dollars, plus they try to sell you a couple rounds of horseback riding for $30 a person (another scam). For the ATVs, they make you think you need insurance, but truthfully the route you take using the ATVs is just around their own little territory, nothing dangerous or exciting. I wouldn’t suggest paying for the insurance. Also, you can’t bring your own cameras or cellphones. Although, there was no hazard for them. It was more like a sales tactic to them. They try to sell you all the images at the end. For 4 people it’s $95 USD. $60 for two people. The food was alright, they add too much seasoning to their food and it’s not a “lunch buffet”, It’s just “lunch”, so if you want more food you gotta pay for it. Overall, I am sure there are better companies out there, even if you have to pay a little more, I would have done that If I had known better. The views here were not worth it IMO. I wouldn’t recommend friends to book here. It’s quite a cheap experience. You live and you learn!

Did this excursion on 9/25/2021. We did early morning (9am) so we were the first group and I think that makes a difference. We did not have to wait. We checked in, put our stuff in lockers and got started right away. All the other reviews are accurate but it wasn’t that bad for me. 1. The atvs were old. Mine would cut off when it went idle. Solution, hold the brake and rev it while waiting. If it cuts off, just cut it back on ??‍♀️ 2. We didn’t go fast on the ATVs. This is very ve try beginner. My group loved it but I preferred to go faster. I would just wait for the person in front of me to get some distance and then I would take off. 3. The second zip line was very high. It was scary because the platforms and stairs all looked like a treehouse someone’s dad mad in the backyard. The tall one even swayed back and forth. A few bigger people in my group they let go had trouble stopping and hit the platform. Other than the shaky platforms everything else seemed safe and they had lots of staff watching out for you. It was 6 lines total and at the end you ended up on the ground so it started high and got less high. 4. The cenote looked rather man made. It was very rocky so wear shoes! It was a very pretty blue color and cold. It was 12 ft deep. The zip line into the water was fun. Definitely recommend it. 5. The lunch was basic but good. Chicken, onion, zucchini, corn tortillas, and very delicious black beans. Drinks were $5 but good. 6. We received our photos immediately to our phone and not email. Maybe because we had iPhones. It was $35 per person or $60 for two people. They took great photo’s although I wish I could have taken my own. Def a money making tactic. I would recommend and I would go again.

Got a great deal booking with a small travel agency located right outside Ocean Spa Hotel in Cancùn Mexico. We got picked upfrom the hotel by a private van that transported us directly to ATV Amazing. The location is a little isolated and I thought it was perfect. The check-in process was too lengthy. They told us they were understaffed, so that's understandable. There were a lot of confusion about the combo package we purchased, and a lot of people had the same issues. The activity instructors were amazing and kind. They made sure we enjoyed our time with them. We did Horseback riding, Zip lining and ATV trail riding. Food is included with most packages, but I was not impressed. I worked up an appetite so I didn't mind it. Overall, we all enjoyed our time with ATV and i strongly recommend them. Pa: Try not to use the restroom there if you're can.
