 The bathroom of the place super dirty, the bus excellent but they should keep a healthy distance, the whole bus was full.

Mi primera opción para viajar entre Vallarta y Guadalajara, Sayulita o Guayabitos.
Los operadores son amables y conducen con precaución.
*Al formar parte de Estrella Blanca, si cuentan con seguro de viajero.
*Espero cambien una que otra unidad que ya no esta para el servicio de esa ruta, la vez pasada me tocó el 1267 y el asiento no funcionaba para reclinar.
Comfortable, economical and safe buses.
My first choice to travel between Vallarta and Guadalajara, Sayulita or Guayabitos.
The operators are friendly and drive with caution.
* By being part of Estrella Blanca, if they have traveler's insurance.
* I hope they change one or another unit that is no longer for the service of that route, last time I had the 1267 and the seat did not work to recline.

Terrible service, very bad attention, dirty and neglected place, nobody wants to attend you for everything they send you to their page that by the way never works, I could not bill my expense, I will never use Futura's mediocre and insecure service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timetables are inaccurate, staff isn't eager to help you with anything. Route of the bus takes at least 4 hours more than declared and busses take interestingly slow routes without any noticeable reason.
