I have been to different places but it is the first time that I can say that attention, punctuality and quality have been an EXCELLENT option.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING, they do not comply with the guarantees, I have been trying for months to get a guarantee for some emblems of a STRATUS that they broke and lost, they simply say that they are checking it. The owner (Gerardo Rodríguez) does not show his face, he is a coward, I mark them and only the receptionist answers me and tells me that they are checking things that are difficult to get (they have been saying that for months), I ask him to contact the owner and He says he's busy that he's going to call me something he doesn't do. Some time ago I suffered a mishap and the truth was they gave it to me with several details in which they lacked to polish some parts, paint a part of the door handle and the door hinge is broken, I paid a particular paint job for the chest , roof and trunk and they broke and lost some emblems of the word STRATUS, they have not responded to me about the guarantees. I enclose the photographs of the policies and the details of the negligent work. I put the vehicle where it was in the repair shop and it had all the emblems, but they gave it to me without a letter and half of the other of the word stratus

Terrible service, they don't even deserve a star, I took my car to repair, that's where my car insurance sent it and it was super bad, parts that would have to put new ones, they only repaired them, they changed the hood of my car that was intact for another it was super opaque, I had to take it to another place to be polished and it was super bad, you never beat them, they told me it was mine and of course it wasn't, the first time I went to delivery, very bad, the fascia They didn't even clean it from the crash and they wanted to put polish on it and that's it and the paint was damaged, they had to fix it completely, they lowered the gas during the stay there, like they used my car for their laps, not too bad, everything, I had to contact my insurance several times, because they never, when I comment on my points they still say "of course it's part of the guarantee" it wasn't even under warranty it's a job botched by them that they have to fix, oh and the delivery date it was delayed for obvious reasons for almost 2 more months, but imo, I don't recommend it at all

They have a lot of work, so many cars that they are even on the street and they can't keep up. I went to get an appointment and they give me a month. To be able to take my car and the insurance company has not been able to answer me to send me to another workshop than barbarians and on its page pure complaints of bad service so long live mexico dear

Terrible experience, first 2 weeks for them to receive me. More than 1 month to "fix", the engagement date was extended for another 1 week... (They forgot to get their hands on it). Two months! Seven visits, three colors, I was better contacted by Seguros Banorte and they summoned me to give me the car, what a joke !!! They delivered it to me, with pieces wrongly placed, fixed by themselves, the clothes dirty, the lights not working, no power cables, white directional lights, unpolished, they do not put cardboard mats to work, the car full of breeze from Other colors. The disgusting engine full of red color, the painted headlights (they paint with parts on) I had little left to sue. I thank the owners and Banorte for supporting me by giving me the car like this, I better repair it on my own! You have the last word! They do not believe me? Photos attached.
