★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta personal para poder atender la demanda, fui 2 veces y el tiempo de espera era minimo de 40 min ( solo tenían 2 coches más en espera ), esas 2 veces temrine en otro autolavado . Lavan bn el coche y el personal es muy atento

Pésimo servicio, no los lavan, solo les embarran más la mugre...
Me tocó que no tallaron las llantas, se les comentó y muy sinicamente contestaron que sí, que se las había pasado...
Pero como no se les pasa cobrar por su mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vallan a este autolavado se tardaron 2 horas en "lavarlo" en verdad ni siquiera aspiraron el auto los espejos super sucio, los chicos del fin de semana comiendo y platicando mientras disque lavaban, el peor autolavado que he ido. Me dio mucho coraje ver las tolvas sucias, el techo ni el trapo le pasaron solo embarraron la mugre porque los trapos súper sucios, espejos retrovisores le pasaron una servilleta!! No puedo creer pague el paquete 3 e hicieron mucho menos del paquete 1 ??♀️
Don't go to this car wash, it took 2 hours to "wash" it, they didn't even vacuum the car, the super dirty mirrors, the weekend guys eating and talking while they washed, the worst car wash I've been to. It gave me a lot of courage to see the dirty hoppers, neither the roof nor the rag passed him, they only smeared the dirt because the super dirty rags, rear-view mirrors passed him a napkin! I can't believe I paid for package 3 and they made much less than package 1 ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La espera es muy larga, solo había una persona lavando autos, por fuera aparentemente quedó bien pero por dentro no lo aspiraron ni limpiaron por lo menos con un trapito :( el costo me pareció elevado para la calidad del servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A la llegada te puedes encontrar confundido, pues nadie sale a recibirte, tienes que acercarte a ellos y pedirles el paquete que deseas, al principio parecerá que están un poco mal encarados, pero tiempo después (Al terminar el lavado) parecen un poco más relajados y atentos.
El tiempo de espera fue de 1:10 para auto pequeño, me pareció exagerado pero el resultado fue bueno a secas, pues por lejos fue el mejor lavado.
OJO si a ti te gustan los animales o al menos no te gusta verlos mal, puedes sentirte incómodo en toda tu estancia pues tienen a un perro amarrado todo el tiempo, jadeando y llorando, tuve el atrevimiento de recomendarles que le dieran agua al perro y no lo tomaron a mal, si tienes oportunidad recuerdales que le den agua y comida.
Las recomendaciones serían cuidar la atención al cliente, la Calidad del servicio a entregar y tener en mejores condiciones a sus animales.
Yo creo que así daría gusto regresar, pues el lugar es estratégico,los precios son a la media de la zona y cómodo para esperar el vehículo, básicamente tienen TODO para la retención de clientes, y el crecimiento si mejoran en esos aspectos
Upon arrival you can find yourself confused, because nobody comes out to greet you, you have to approach them and ask for the package you want, at first it will seem that they are a little badly faced, but later (after finishing the wash) they seem a little more relaxed and attentive.
The waiting time was 1:10 for a small car, it seemed exaggerated to me but the result was good on the whole, because by far it was the best wash.
BEWARE if you like animals or at least you don't like to see them badly, you can feel uncomfortable throughout your stay because they have a dog tied up all the time, panting and crying, I had the audacity to recommend that they give the dog water and They didn't take it the wrong way, if you have a chance remind them to give them water and food.
The recommendations would be to take care of customer service, the Quality of the service to be delivered and to have their animals in better conditions.
I think that it would be nice to return, because the place is strategic, the prices are average for the area and comfortable to wait for the vehicle, basically they have EVERYTHING for customer retention, and growth if they improve in those aspects
