Selling/buying in Bacalar can be a somewhat confusing process, depending upon the nature of the property, status of title, buyer’s citizenship and financing needs, peso-dollar conversion and wire transfers, working with local attorneys, handling property taxes, etc. David and Nineve have sold a lakeside home on the Costera. Our sale started for cash but then converted to a Mexican mortgage. They handled most of the negotiations and all of the complexities of the transactions. We felt in good hands and never had reason to question the way the process was going or the timeframe. Everything went along comfortably and worked out perfectly.
