★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio postventa, revisen bien sus notas de compra o facturas ya que inflan los cobros y costos de las refacciones. Lleve mi moto al primer servicio y el mecánico no pudo arreglar algunos detalles que traía la moto, me la entregaron sin quitarle el testigo del cambio de aceite, limpiaron la moto con un trapo húmedo y sucio porque ni siquiera la lavaron. Inicialmente me dijeron que el costo del mantenimiento era por una cantidad y cuando iba a pagar le aumentaron $200. Espero NO volver.
 Terrible after-sales service, check your purchase notes or invoices well as they inflate the charges and costs of spare parts. I took my motorcycle to the first service and the mechanic could not fix some details that the motorcycle had, they gave it to me without removing the oil change witness, they cleaned the motorcycle with a damp and dirty cloth because they did not even wash it. Una ves reparado el problema, dejaron fuga de aceite. la ingrese de nuevo a garantía segun lo habían arreglado pero aún sigo con ese problema. Les recomendó bajaj Azcapotzalco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el personal no está capacitado, lleve mi moto a reparación y después de un mes opte por sacarla y llevarla a otro lado ya que por la falta de experiencia del personal nunca encontraron la falla y solo me hicieron gastar en refacciones y supuestas reparación y al final nunca arreglaron la falla de mi motocicleta
NO LA RECOMIENDO ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y atención ingresé mi moto por una falla y por garantía despues de un mes de no hacerle nada a mi moto me terminaron cobrando la revisión no hicieron válida la garantia me cobraron la revisión y un posapies que nunca solicite y si no pagaba no entregaban la moto que por cierto ni funcionaba cuando me la entregaron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio deje mi moto por un problema de fábrica no me respetaron la garantía y además se tardan mucho y me dan muchos pretextos por su falta de pericia y comunicación entre ellos y no contestan los teléfonos si no está en su hora de comida está en junta o algún otro pretexto por lo cual no contestas la señorita cuando me vendieron la moto fue el mejor servicio pero ahora son lo peor en está agencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, más de 2 horas y no pueden tomar una llamada para saber si tienen una refacción... Proporcionan un número de la gerente y tampoco contesta las llamadas... No es la primera vez, hace un par de meses pedí una cotización para unas refacciones y sigo esperando sus datos bancarios para hacer la transferencia y puedan hacer el pedido...
Terrible service, more than 2 hours and they can't take a call to find out if they have a part... They provide a manager's number and she doesn't answer calls either... It's not the first time, a couple of months ago I asked for a quote for some spare parts and I'm still waiting for your bank details to make the transfer and you can place the order...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Y solo xq no puedo darles menos, nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia en una agencia. Nadie te recibe para ofrecerte los productos. Cuando andas buscando a alguien q te de información, es de la peor manera, como si te lo fueran a regalar. Mala muy mala atención.
