Irónicamente esto se repitió ya en dos ocasiones, ojalá puedan tomar cartas en asunto en la búsqueda por mejorar sus servicios a sus clientes y terceros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal y banco, su servicio pésimo no tiene ningún caso que te den un supuesto turno si van a pasar a la gente como "prioridades" y aunque seas el primero en llegar van a pasar a la gente segúnpor su caso o problema que gran error y pérdida de tiempo, ósea se supone que todo caso o problema que tengan los clientes deben ser prioridades para el banco, a parte de eso los ejecutivos solo se pasean de un lado a otro y no atienden a la gente, la peor experiencia tanto de sucursal como de banco, la verdad ya cancelé mi tarjeta con Banamex. Una estrella porque es lo mínimo que te pide colocar pero si fuera por mi experiencia serian 0.
