★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, pedimos hacer una reactivacion de token porque el nuestro no nos permite dar de alta cuentas sin embargo su respuesta fue que teniamos que ir a la sucursal donde aperturamos sucursal que por cierto se encuentra en otro estado, el argumento es que nuestra cuenta no pertenece a esa sucursal, aunque en varias ocaciones hemos pedido el cambio de sucursal hacia esta que es la mas cercana llenando una carta y segun ellos la van a enviar a la otra sucursal nunca tienen respuesta porque supuestamente se tardan en dar respuesta y que no tienen fecha para cuando uno va a ver cual es ña reapuesta la contestacion es a la persona que le dejo ña carta ya no trabaja aqui le comente a la ejecutiva de empresas que la carta se la deje yo a la gerente directamente hace tres meses la respuesta fue justo ya no trabaja aqui y ahora el gerente es un hombre y que podemos hacer pregunte y me dijo valla a la sucursal donde aperturo, realmente para llorar le pregunte que paso con la carta entonces que deje y me dice que no sabe que necesitaria averiguar, pido hablar con el nuevo gerente y la respuesta es que no esta y le digo y quien es el encargado en su ausencia y la respuesta es nadie solo dejeme investigar y yo le aviso cosa que no creo que pase porque no apunto mi nombre ni mis datos en fin le pregunte bueno en cuanto tiempo le puedo hablar para saber la respuesta y me dijo no hay un tiempo le dije un mes dos tres meses cuanto veinte años y dice pues es posible no le puedo dar un tiempo no recomiendo ese banco el servicio se muy muy muy malo
