★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge queue at the entrance in the heat, a huge queue inside. The worker asked me if I have a passport. Nothing more. When I returned with the passport, I had to wait again. And only then the worker said they don't work with Russian clients. Why couldn't she asked about the nationality before? This is terrible service. I asked for the manager and she refused to call him. Awful. You destroyed the reputation of Mexican people. I've thought you are nice.
