★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para abrir una cuenta, de verdad, mejor acudan a otro porque aquí te condicionan abrirte una siempre y cuando contrates su seguro, que no los sorprendan y reporten a los ejecutivos si les hacen esto
 Terrible place to open an account, really, they better go to another because here they condition you to open one as long as you hire their insurance, that they are not surprised and report to the executives if they do this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace seis meses hice un comentario acerca del uso de cajeros. En vez de mejorar lo hacen peor. Como es posible que en las mañanas cuando se necesita efectivo, no haya en ningún cajero. Si pueden utilicen otro cajero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían actualizar los horarios ya que uno confía en la página oficial, llego a la hora que es y resulta que el horario es otro, entiendo la contingencia, pero no es justificación para desatender asi a los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo y como en la mayoría de los bancos para abrir una cuenta básica te piden contratar un seguro obligatorio, cuando en realidad no es necesario, claro que se puede abrir la cuenta sin monto mínimo y claro sin contratar su seguro de 350 inicial
Terrible and as in most banks to open a basic account they ask you to take out compulsory insurance, when in reality it is not necessary, of course you can open the account without a minimum amount and of course without taking out your initial 350 insurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pesimo servicio tanto del que recibe como de los cajeros y ejecutivos, mas de una hora en la sucursal para un servicio que no llevaba ni 5 minutos en realizarse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un Banco en el que se espera mucho, y discriminan en demasía a las personas q no tienen cuenta con ellos.
Además de q no cuenta con el sistema de turnos y eso facilita que tarden mucho con una persona.
Además de que es muy pequeño y el personal que trabaja ahí.no tiene actitud de servicio!!

Te tienen horas esperando para entrar y cuando llegas a la puerta la sana distancia no importa, chocas de frente con las personas de los cajeros y una vez dentro te vuelven a formar!
