P	Phoenix Wilkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little hotel, what really made us want to stay here was the rooftop pool and bar area and it didn’t disappoint, the view at sunset was gorgeous! We went during the week in the off season so not many people and very chill atmosphere. The breakfast also deserves 5 stars because it was a delicious cooked hot meal (FREE) and you get to sit out on the patio. Mr. Angus was also very helpful and made our stay very smooth.

But - the WiFi was very weak, and the TV is a joke (a mobile Android system is installed on the TV, so Netflix wasn't functional). The location is good, and the staff is nice. The nextdoor restaurant, which offers free breakfast, was very meh.

We ended up cancelling our stay in tulum and added a night here. Best decision ever. The breakfast, location and roof top pool are great! My only complaint would be that the free drink they give at checkin did not have any alcohol like we asked. 10/10 recommend!
j	jihan gutierrez garma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely boutique hotel away from the craziness of 5th Avenue. The rooftop is lovely and not too loud. Just perfect both during the day or night. Don't forget to try the caipirinha from the rooftop bar One of the best drinks I have ever had.
j	joe robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG = what a dump! Tried to charge me $75 US for a room without a view (literally, the window looked into a wall!). And the rooftop area has definitely seen better days! Good thing there are always plenty of great hotels in that price range in Playa.

They had a 2 for 1 offer on drinks, and the bartender said I could pay for the 2 and take 1 drink now and take 1 later. I paid for both and then they closed the bar, I asked for my second drink and they were incredibly rude when they said no! I then asked if they could just give me 50% of the money back as I'd already paid moment's ago and again they were incredibly rude and told me to go away. Be careful with the bar here guys!

We had an issue at the beginning of our stay and Yan the hotel manager has provided outstanding support. Will be back again !

The ambiance of the whole place is so comforting and the SushiClub restaurant next door is a perfect companion. Beds were so comfortable, definitely book the room with a tub. A super relaxing experience for our first time in Playa Del Carmen. Thank You Be Playa!
