★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me pasaron a buscar para transportar me al aeropuerto, y me tuve que venir en taxi (a mi costo). OJO porque son incumplidores, lo único que les interesa es venderte sus excursiones
They didn't pick me up to transport me to the airport, and I had to come by taxi (at my own expense). BEWARE because they are noncompliant, the only thing that interests them is to sell you their excursions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no lo recomiendo a nadie lo que me hicieron no tiene nombre, programe un traslado redondo (como ellos lo llaman) Aero-hotel-Aero con mas de 20 días de anticipación a mi viaje y así sin mas 9 días antes me cancelan enviándome un correo sin ninguna explicación (solo cancelamos su reserva le estaremos realizando devolución) ASCO a todo el que pueda le contare y nunca me cansaré,
Terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone what they did to me has no name, schedule a round transfer (as they call it) Aero-hotel-Aero with more than 20 days in advance of my trip and so without more 9 days before they cancel me sending me a mail without any explanation (we only cancel your reservation we will be making return) ASCO to everyone who can tell you and I will never get tired,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de transporte, más de una hora y media de espera. Personas que estaban ahí llevaban dos horas de espera.
Te envían correo que alguien estará esperándote al salir del aeropuerto, pero tienes que llegar a registrarte, y van saliendo los transportes según las áreas donde se encuentra el hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find, quick service, staff speaks English. Have used twice in the past for two round-trips, prompt departures and prompt pick-ups without issues. Can book on their website or through Expedia (if you prefer to order through a US-based company). Vans clean, have had good experience with drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subcontracted by Costco Travel to handle the transportation to and from resorts in Cancun. Always professional and friendly.
Easy to identify after getting out of the airport (and through the gauntlet of people trying to get you to leave with them). They always have a Costco Travel sign displayed to help identify them. They check you name off a printed list. Nice to see these things in place so that I can trust I am in the right place with th right people.
