★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian's - Found that hotel is family run by 3 local brothers (Ricardo,Charlie,Hector). They have been very accommodating and helpful in making our vacation the best experience possible. The staff is very friendly and curtious. The location was perfect for us. A 5 minute walk to the beach; 15 minute walk to the city center and about a 2 kilometer walk to Santa Cruz. We enjoy the walks. Be sure to drink lots of water!!!! It is hot,hot,hot, the way we like it. Excellent service. We found the prices for food and things very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Safe. Great location. Very good food at the restaurant. They offer yoga,water activity,and massage. Play area for children. 5 stars is not enough.5+++++.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel with great rooms. New ac unit and gave us fridge when we asked.
Pool area is very well laid out and maintained. Can't say enough good about the hotel itself.
The bar and restaurant, lacking in drink knowledge. They can't make the things on their own menu. My gin and tonic had vodka and I had to actually show them where the gin is in their own fridge.

Maybe I am the exception buy my food was average. I mean how can you really screw up breakfast right?
Service was a total fail. The were not busy and there were plenty of staff but yet horrible service.
I felt totally ignored.
Will never return or recomm end the restaurant to anyone.
