★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato y servicio por parte de Alejandro en la tienda de plaza andares, a los tres meses de compra y sin casi no usarla se descosio, yo no vivo en México, hablé por teléfono y antes de venir le comenté el estado de mi bolsa y que no tenía mi ticket y él me dijo que con solo la fecha y hora de la compra rastreaban el ticket y al llegar a la tienda su trato fue muy feo y grosero y lo peor de todo es que no me dio solución a mi problema y tuve que pagar más para llevarme mi bolsa.
Terrible treatment and service by Alejandro in the Plaza Andares store, after three months of purchase and without hardly using it, it fell apart, I do not live in Mexico, I spoke on the phone and before coming I told him about the state of my bag and that I did not have my ticket and he told me that with only the date and time of purchase they would track the ticket and when I arrived at the store his treatment was very ugly and rude and the worst of all is that he did not give me a solution to my problem and I had to pay more to take my bag with me.
