★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to live with nature and get away for a moment from life in the city. The local people are very friendly and always give us a warm welcome wherever we go. The place is protected, so you can see various animals and birds that are not normally found in Yucatan. The beaches of Rio Lagartos are beautiful and clean. In addition to this, here you can see the famous pink flamenco and know the pink lagoon, this is definitely an incredible spectacle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible place to visit. From San Felipe you can take a boat trip for some petén (little islands), then eating in an other remote piece of land. Thrilling experience visiting the island artificially made by mayas as a commercial harbor.
The sunset on the boat is priceless.
In general is a place you must visit of you like nature and birdwatching.
