★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose Blue Magic because of the high number of reviews, and I wasn't disappointed at all. They are a good shop, and some really good full time DMs. I was the fun diving with my own gear, and I had an issue on my 2nd dive where a wingnut fell off of my BP&W, and the shop fixed it for me so I don't lose out on diving! And later, my mask cracked so they lent one to me as well. Very professional operation. I hear that their DM training program is top notch as well. And come on, we did a night dive to Yucab and none of us were disappointed! The sheer amounts of octopus and shellfish there were ridiculous.
The only negative was the one lady doing the scheduling. She wasn't the most pleasant at times, but we made it all work. I would go back with this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a weird experience there. My case is probably non-standard: I am certified but my wife isn't so she needed a discover lesson. When I was asking questions about details how I and my wife can be on the same boat the lady at front desk suddenly got irritated at me. I am sure Blue Magic Scuba has lots of good reviews and happy customers but this time I decided to dive with a different shop. The prices for diving are pretty much the same in Cozumel but apparently the customer service isn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife Lisa and I had a fabulous time obtaining our PADI Advanced Open Water certifications at Blue Magic Scuba in November. Luis was a simply excellent instructor. He consistently took the time to go through a detailed briefing before every dive, making sure we both fully understood everything before we went down and giving us the opportunity to ask questions. He made us feel comfortable and confident throughout, but also kept things fun. We elected to do the wreck dive at C-53, and didn't regret it - it was a fantastic experience. Communication was excellent throughout the booking process as well. We would thoroughly recommend Blue Magic Scuba to anyone looking to dive in Cozumel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional and very welcoming. I did my first dive after passing my Open Water, and these guys took great care of me.
I had a lot of anxiety diving with a group of more experienced divers, and the dive leader (Renata) was super patient with my questions and was amazing when I had a bit of a buoyancy issue on the 2nd dive. The boat master, Armando, was also fantastic - great fun, but super professional and awesome at getting our gear setup before and between dives (I didn't even see him do it...just turned around and it was done!!)
Really recommend this team. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great time with my OWD course at Blue Magic! Super friendly staff, highly skilled instructors with great focus on safety while diving. I was with Jesus as my instructor and would definitely do it again. I could even pause my lessons without any problem. I hurt myself (not while diving) and needed to skip going into the water for one week. There was no problem in doing this and the staff was super helpful and responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my divemaster training through Blue Magic and they were amazing! They helped me become such a better diver. The instructors are all great teachers who keep it fun the entire time. 10/10 would recommend anyone to get certified through them, or just go for some boat dives.
