Para ser cliente de esta marca de autos la verdad es que la atención en esta sucursal es MUY MALA, vayan a otra.

Their facilities and the attention they give you are very good. Since my purchase I had a pleasant experience. And now that I visited them for MINI service I was surprised by the treatment and the speed, that same day they delivered my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió un asesor llamado Luis Hernandez creo que deben instruir mejor a sus asesores en el approach porque el decirle a un cliente "no amigo no me lo tomes a mal pero ahorita NO ESTAMOS PARA ESAS EXIGENCIAS" por querer comprar un auto en el color y vestiduras que yo quiero vaya, mejor que se vaya a trabajar al imss pues claramente y como le comente, se como esta la situación trabaje en una agencia y en otra bmw el asesor que luego luego se nota la calidad de atención pues me mantiene informado de que les llega sabiendo que buscamos en particular desde hace un par de meses si no tengo problema en esperarme por el auto que quiero, pues cual es el problema un amigo se compro el suyo a medida y esperando el tiempo que fuera en insurgentes.. hay modos para tratar con sus prospectos, échenle ganas a eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegí BMW Coapa Motors para reparación por choque con pase de GNP y me impresiona que al tratarse de una supuesta agencia premium se tarden UN MES en llevar a cabo una reparación relativamente sencilla.
Entiendo que son procesos y autorizaciones que deben llevarse a cabo pero entonces deben de revisar sus procedimientos porque el resultado deja mucho que desear.
Cuando supuestamente solo faltaba el pulido y cambio de rin tardaron casi dos semanas en entregar.
Definitivamente en siguientes ocasiones optaré por otra agencia o de plano un taller de reparación profesional.
I chose BMW Coapa Motors for crash repair with GNP pass and I am impressed that being a supposed premium agency they take A MONTH to carry out a relatively simple repair.
I understand that they are processes and authorizations that must be carried out but then they must review their procedures because the result leaves much to be desired.
When supposedly only the polishing and wheel change was missing, it took almost two weeks to deliver.
Definitely next times I will opt for another agency or flat out a professional repair shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención llegué al área refacciones y estuve media hora esperando ya que no había quién atendiera posteriormente Solicito unas refacciones las cuales me entregaron equivocadamente regresé una de ellas me solicitaron que fuera 4 días posterior a la fecha o ellos me marcaban y al día de hoy no hay resultado es muy decepcionante
