★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio post venta, me tocó llevar mi auto (Mini Cooper) a su primer servicio y le cambiaron las llantas (nuevas) por unas usadas y lisas, me di cuenta ya que había sacado el auto. No recomiendo esta agencia para llevar a servicio tu auto.
 Terrible after-sales service, I had to take my car (Mini Cooper) to its first service and they changed the (new) tires for used and smooth ones, I realized that I had taken the car out. I do not recommend this agency to service your car.

Se me hace muy acertado que además de atenderte el vendedor, te acompaña en la prueba de manejo un experto en autos y puede responder todas tus dudas e inquietudes técnicas. Cosa que no pasa en otras agencias donde sabes más tú del auto que quien te lo está vendiendo.
Very good service from the staff. I find it very successful that in addition to serving you the seller, a car expert accompanies you on the test drive and can answer all your questions and technical concerns. Something that does not happen in other agencies where you know more about the car than the person who is selling it to you.

I went to ask for something and the rude sales person (blonde woman) told me that they were closing in 5 minutes and she couldn't attend me. They offered to call me back as soon as they could, and that's been like more than one month. I think they are still very busy to attend me. And as I have read sales cars are declining, now I know why.
