★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a couples botica massage and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Before hand you take a shower with homemade sugar scrub. The massage was perfect, and I loved the sound bath and the warm tea at the end. It was perfect. Will definitely be back again when I’m in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a "house special" couples massage at Botica Spa Playa del Carmen and it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. (a mix of relaxing massage, deep tissue and hot stones mixed with a lovely aroma from the oils they use) You have to shower beforehand with a homemade scrub (all the products are organic and handmade) The massage was amazing and afterwards they were waiting us with a hot tea. The therapists are super professional and friendly. The place is a private space, very cozy. The experience was perfect from begining to end. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a high quality spa experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had absolutely ecstatic experience at this salon. Wow wow wow. 80 min of absolute bliss. I chose cleansing facial, and my session started with the shower with the salon made rosemary gel. Then as I laid down I had cleansings/exfoliation, massage, masks, a bit of manual pore cleaning and nourishing treatment. And the last - the sound treatment with the bell. Ecstasy!! Highly highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Botica Spa for 2 body wraps and were kindly greeted by the staff.
Massage was actual 80 minutes, they kept well in mind our requests as to areas to focus the massage on as well as pressures.
The atmosphere as one would expect was quiet and relaxing, the products used were good quality and the agua de Jamaica to bring you back to reality was more than welcome. Definitely a nice pick.

They make it an experience and not just a massage. it was just my wife and I and the two ladies doing the massage and that was nice. They had us take a shower first and gave us a herb scrub to use. The massage was peaceful and relaxing. The lady made sure I was comfortable before and during the message. It was so great!! Highly recommend this place
