★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was trash and food was mediocre at best.
Waiter not only disappeared most of the time ( only 3 other tables being served that night), never brought anything we asked for ( 3 glasses for 3 people, he brought 2 and thought it was enough), got the orders wrong , and then has the balls to try to scam me on my bill. Added 30% on it like it was natural. Told me to pay cash because the machine was broken.
Called him out on his lie and paid with credit card.
Would go back if you paid me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a place to eat something and found this restaurant. My friends and I ordered food and drinks, although it was not written on the menu my friend got ham on his burger and because of religious beliefs he can’t eat it. One of the waiters offered us shots of tequila to please us for the mistake, we were shocked to find out we were billed from them and had to pay enormous amount of money.
The staff always looked at us while we were eating and that was too much cringe.
While we were paying the bill six waiters surrounded us and gave us just a bad feeling .
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to visit the place.
Worst experience I’ve ever had.
If I had the option i wouldn’t give you a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really craving a chicken sandwich and stumbled upon this mall in search of one. I asked the friendly hostess if they had them and she said they had a really nice chicken panini, so I stayed. I was then rushed into my drink order and never even found the panini on the menu (QR code and I hadn’t connected to wifi yet) before it was being ordered for me. I asked for a mezcal margarita and a bottle of water. The margarita was overly sweet and not fresh, and definitely had bad tequila, not mezcal. The sandwich was okay, not really a panini but fine. Fries were tasty. When the bill came, he told me it was $650 (pesos). I was shocked and asked to see the bill, so he just showed me a piece of paper with only the price on it. I had to pay with a card because I didn’t have enough cash. Almost $32 US for a mediocre meal, what a rough way to start the Cancun segment of my Mexico trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has 5 stars for the service and 0 stars for food. Well, for what I ordered at least.
1. Poutine - great
2. Papas bravas - also ok.
3. Vegan burger - I would rather eat dirt than touch that burger again. Awful, absolutely awful. After biting
It once I don't think I'll be ever to touch any veggies.
FYI - the place doesn't have vegetarian patties - it's either meat or Vegan burger.
Keep in mind that vegan burger does t come with a ban, instead it's coming with portobello mushrooM (not marinated or anything, just raw flavorless portobello)
4. Negronis are good.
That is all. Very underwhelming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good. Very filling and delicious. A bit overpriced, but that's to be expected for the area. My only issue was that the service was so quick that it felt like they were hovering and staring at us the whole time we ate. They'd take used napkins from under my plate as I was still eating and fixed the set up of the condiments a couple times. Maybe that's normal for super fancy restaurants, but it was a little overkill for this place. It was well intentioned, I'm sure, just a little uncomfortable in the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé & I came across this place while walking around. I’m so glade that we did. The environment was nice and the service was good! But what won us over was the food the burgers was fresh and delicious. This is a hidden gem. They will see us again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the fondue burger and the bourbon street burger. Both were delicious! Our waiter Alejandro was fabulous as well! We topped it off with apple strudel. It was homemade!! So good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a burger, and if you can eat a 10oz(300g) burger(approx. $10), I highly recommend the double bacon burger. It was amazing. Looking forward to stopping back and trying their pasta or steaks. Prices are very reasonable.
