★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t rave enough about this place. Everyone was so accepting and so sweet, plus the food was AMAZING! The atomsphere was perfect, and since the location is just off of the main tourist path it wasn’t inundated with people and the prices were fair (cheap actually). I will be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for breakfast! They have several combo’s that include coffee/tea, fruit water, cake and a main dish. Very friendly staff & owner. Cafe colonial is located in a small green street just from the boulevard where all the touristy restaurants are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing breakfast place that is a breath of fresh air away from the cruise ship tourist traps. Fresh food, delicious, and well priced. A great break to get away from cruisers. The staff was incredible. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% mexican. combo breakfast including coffee/tea, cake, juice and a main dish to choose. AMAZING. Sandra runs the best place in town. She's always quick, efficient and smily. Make the small effort of reading the menu in Spanish, is absolutely worth it. For an average of max 130pesos , less than 7 dollars per person, you get an amazing breakfast that fills you up thorough the day. Thanks Sandra and Dario, it's been the highlight of our holidays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places to eat breakfast. Its right of the malecon can see the ocean while you eat and they have awesome combos. Would give it 5 stars but its a bit pricey. However when you add up everything, its probrably less than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a delight to have breakfast here as the food and service are authentic and fresh. Their “paquetes” include coffee or tea, an agua fresca and your choice of food on their menu. It’s right off a turn from the Malecón and I’m fortunate to have wandered in here. I’ve had many of the items on their menu and their products are always on point! Enjoy!

I had a bowl of fruit, yoghurt and granola. And it came with a huge coffee, sweet bread and papaya juice. I’ll definitely have my breakfast here again!!
