★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues es como en cualquier hospital hablo sobre el trato a los pacientes algunos enfermeros los tratan muy bien pero algunos si los tratan peor que animales obviamente cuando los familiares no están presentes lo digo por experiencia propia
 Well, it's like in any hospital I talk about the treatment of patients, some nurses treat them very well but some if they treat them worse than animals obviously when relatives are not present I say it from my own experience

Well, they treated my wife very well during the delivery, the only bad thing is that they do not inform you and they are not at the information window, we who wait for information, we despair of knowing and they only tell you, I do not know! And that was in July 2018

Hace 10 mn traje a un amigo herido de golpes casi muerto lo único que hicieron los de urgencias fue reírse
Lo atendieron pero sin cuidados que lastima que tengamos este servicio médico tan horrible

10 minutes ago I brought a friend wounded from blows, almost dead, the only thing the emergency people did was laugh
They treated him but without care, what a shame that we have this horrible medical service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semana pasada estuve internada y maravilloso, las enfermeras te tratan con mucho amor y te regañan como si fueran tu madre. A pesar de que no fue una experiencia agradable por lo que me pasó, todos absolutamente todos fueron muy amables conmigo. Mantuvieron informados a mis familiares y les llamaron sin importar la hora cuando necesite algo.
Last week I was hospitalized and wonderful, the nurses treat you with a lot of love and scold you as if they were your mother. Even though it was not a pleasant experience because of what happened to me, absolutely everyone was very kind to me. They kept my family informed and called them no matter what time I needed something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puede alguno dar informaciones sobre el servicios no solamente de lá estructura? Las personas enfermas necessitan saber si este es un bueno hospital con buenos, profesionales y amabiles dotores o son arrogantes y sin preparo como muchos que se han en consultorios medicos en Cancun.
Can someone advise about the medical services itself instead to focus in the building??? The building and equipments may be State of art but are the doctors able to work properly on it? Has the hospital hired good professionals who really can deal with people without the arrogance of some doctors around cancun?
A sick person needs more than a building and a so so doctor, a dick person needs the proper attention to his/her simptoms and a nice behavior from the professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disgusting place and hateful staff I’ve ever seen in the healthcare field. Stay away if you’re a tourist/foreigner and can’t speak any English. They don’t care or value human life. Most importantly, they diagnosed you without a test or proper procedure!! I won’t even waste time to go into detail of the treatment my family received at this hell hole. Just run. Ridiculous.
