 I loved the hotel, all the facilities are very good. I loved the gym and the pool. also the restaurant area is very comfortable and the people very helpful, I would recommend it to my friends and acquaintances

I like this hotel. Beautiful rooftop pool, gym & the 360degree view of Cancun. Nice service, they’re very friendly and helpful. Too bad we have to leave soon. I’ll put this hotel in my return list!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting . Overall, I had a great experience . The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The gym is next level with the stuff I needed and tons of pictures to give you drive . The pools are truly amazing and clean . The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my birthday weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising on the breakfast. Secondly the guy staff are very rude and disrespectful towards visitors. It also acts as a apartment for other people you have no clue who they are. Bikes they lend you are rusted and old and when i was riding one the pedal broke and the staff blamed me for “misuse” and forced me to pay. Never going back here again and good thing is they’ll never consider lying after this review ever again.
