★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leo the owner scammed us. We went to the timeshare. When we returned from the timeshare Leo disappeared. He didnt fulfill what he promised us which was $50.00 cash and a snorkeling trip. Jerri who worked there tried making Leo's promises right. We tried calling Leo several times as well as the workers no answer from Leo. The owner is a 100% liar. Leo you owe us and we will be filing further reports on you and this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review in hope that other travellers find it before they book their tours with this company. They are scammers. Their sales reps lie to you about the packages to get you booked. But they don't hold up their end of the bargain. They don't address your grievences either. I literally had to go to the cops to get my issues resolved. The owner lies to your face and treat you badly and is very unapologetic about his behavior. Stay away if you don't want to spoil your vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everyone, I took trip to Chichen Itza pyramids in June 2021 and it was bad experience because:
- The gude don't now English except advertising additional stuffs (but before trip they told that he will provide information on two languages)
- Too much sellings of stuffs
- Lost time on some not interesting village
- He didn't tell about dangerous mosquitos in English too
- They provided us from hotels to buses in the beginning of the travel, BUT they didn't do the same at the end of the trip, they just dropped us off in the middle of the downtown under the rain and we had several girls with us (I asked to arrive us to hotels for additional money, but it wasn't make sence for them).
They told before the trip that they are providing us from and to hotels...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are scammers, on excursion, they will ask you to pay extra taxes, which should have been included.
I paid for everything 150$: 140$ tickets +10$ fee for exchange I was paying by card. they didn’t inform I have to pay 15$ more on tour but taxes should be 8% of 140$ not 10% of 150$.
By the way prices are 2 times more expensive than on booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from booking any excursions here. Claudia is a liar and thief. She assured me transportation is included in our trip to and from our hotel, after completing payment she then tells me to walk a few blocks for transportation (fine no big deal) but then they leave me and my 6 year old daughter stranded after our tour was completed. We waited and waited for them to arrive to take us back to the resort and they never showed! I had to take a cab and had the driver drop me off at their location and showed the manager the receipt for my cab fare and he refused to help us either.
