Cancun shuttle - 77500 Cancún

They were not at the terminal waiting like the instructions said. We had to go outside look for them, call them, eventually an airport attendant helped us find where they “normally” park their vehicles. For our round trip service to get back to the airport, they did not show. I corresponded with them the whole morning about our pickup address (where they dropped us off at) but they acted like they couldn’t find it. I even had our hotel attendant send emails in Spanish just in case. When we finally decided to take a taxi to avoid missing our flight, they said “oh, our car will be there shortly” to which I responded do not send a car. At this point it was over 30 mins from our confirmed pickup time. Then they had the nerve to try to charge my card for a no show. DO NOT book with this company. Take a taxi. It was the same price and there are many waiting outside airport and at hotels and busy zones. I have never experienced service as horrible as with this company.

Couldn't have been happier....Alexis call to confirm everything ahead of time and our airport pickup driver stopped at a convenience store so we could grab a few things. Our driver who returned us to the airport was very timely (I've had late drivers when returning to the airport in Cancun and it's so stressful) and very efficient. And the cost was very reasonable for a private car....highly recommend. We will use the next time we go to Mexico!

Can't recommend to anyone. Once I found the right person at the airport, getting to the hotel was relatively painless. However, when coming back, I attempted to contact the company via phone, text, and email in order to reschedule 2 days in advance. No one answered or got back to me. I was charged a "no show" fee and no one was available to pick us up so we had to find other transportation. Their terms of service indicate you only need to contact 12 hours in advance. Customer service is just a single guy in an echo chamber that you can't understand. He told us to contact another email address to get a refund and we've had no response.

Extremely unhappy with my experience with Cancun shuttle. Reserved for round trip from airport to hotel. When we arrived to Cancun we looked where they told us they’d be and couldn’t find them. After walking much further we were finally able to locate them, get there and they proceed to tell us that there is traffic and it will be 20 minutes. I had 2 crying kids and my elderly mother in law but we get it, can’t control traffic. Waited longer than 20 minutes and when I check the status with the guy he tells me we are free to go to another shuttle service, kind of rude. We ended up going with another shuttle because we were exhausted. Now for the pickup from the hotel to go back to airport, I called the day before to confirm pickup and they said yes they’d be there. We waited 1/2 hour and they never showed up. Called them over and over and went to voicemail. We ended up needing the resort to call us a taxi and paid over 2x what we would have paid with any other service. Plus we were so stressed out not knowing if we’d make it in time for our flight. Not reliable do not recommend

Used this company several times without incident. I guess the management or business model changed. I visit Mexico monthly and last time I used this service, it took them two hours to pick me up. Calls to the dispatcher yielded no results at the time. They kept saying for 2 hours I would be on the next shuttle. However that did not happen. Shuttle after shuttle was filled with people who arrived at the airport long after me. They prioritize the private reservations and shuttle people must wait. So if you are traveling alone or paying per person instead of paying for the expensive private experience, stay away. There are better options if you want to leave the airport fast.

Had a nice experience with prompt & friendly service on both rides (from & to) between the airport & hotel. Representatives at airport were easy to identify & helpful. There was someone waiting/available in spite of our 3 hour delay at the airport. The customer support (via email) was prompt & very helpful when we had to re-schedule our ride (couple of days before) so we could get to the airport earlier. The price was also very reasonable.

I would use Cancun Shuttle again, should I be back in the area! My sister and I took an early morning ride from Tulum to Cancun airport (~1.5 hours). The online booking process was easy and quick. The driver arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time, which I appreciated. He drove us to the airport in a timely manner, and helped with the luggage (which wasn't the case with the driver from another ride service). After consulting two other ride services, I think Cancun Shuttle pricing is absolutely comparable. Highly recommended!

We picked Cancun Shuttle based on the hotel's recommendation for our RT to/from airport. We were a bit nervous just b/c it's a 3rd party and they ask you to meet them outside the departure hall/airport. However, it was very simple finding them (with the orange vest) and easy process. The cost was very reasonable as well and as such, we decided to move forward with the private shuttle so that we can get to the hotel quicker. The only thing we didn't like is that the person that greets you at the airport, he walks you about 100 feet to where the cars are parked and guides you to the right car and driver. He also charges you at that time for the trip (which is fine) but at the same time, he asks you if you want to tip him for his service. I get tipping for service, but not sure what I am tipping here for. Tipping a driver is one thing but all this person does is greets you and walks you 100 ft to the car. Overall, would def. recommend. The most important thing is that they were safe and were on time,, especially for pick up from hotel. I'll use them again next time we travel to Mexico.
