★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience! Safety is first with the crew, but then comes entertainment! Free drinks of your choice, also free buffet. Great crew that take customer satisfaction seriously! Couldn't have had a better time going to Isla Mujures than on this catamaran! Would recommend to anyone!

Don't buy trips from Diamond Bright Catamaran Cancun. The company is scam!!! We bought a trip for my upcoming birthday. The trip should include catamaran ride with drinks included to isla mujeres, lunch in the island, parasailing, snorkeling at the ocean, another snorkeling to see statues under water, and the best beach in isla mujeres. We paid $150. The main reason to us to go there was too see underwater statues and parasailing. Me and my husband don't drink, so catamaran ride was for us in this trip just transportation to the island. So, we were so existed for our trip, had shuttle from our hotel in playa del carmen to Cancun. Was another few groups picked up with the same shuttle, so shuttle was full (this information for people who super concern about covid-19, we were ok with that, but I'm sure some people will not be happy about that). So, catamaran was nice, we paid the rest of money, and they showed us which boat is ours. After start our ride on the boat, crew took orders for drinks from the people (we don't drink, so we didn't want anything. We were just enjoying the sun). So, I would say after 10 min ride, one of the crew guy started to tell us program for our trip). It was such a big surprise during our trip on the boat at the see to hear: "because of the weather condition our activities are canceled, but we will spend more time at the beach!" It was my birthday and I really wanted to go to parasailing and snorkeling. It was all point to go to that trip. Nobody told us that all activities cancelled before trip!! NO ONE, and they knew it advanced, that all activities cancelled. They waited when we start a trip, that you didn't have a chance to refund a trip. So, I was so mad. Basically we had only transportation from hotel, catamaran to the island, and stop for lunch. Basically, I could do this trip by myself, just pay a ferry wish would cost me $15 instead of $150. I was so mad and started to talk to crew that it is not nice, what they did. They told me that I should call main office. It was my last day of the trip, so, basically, I just waisted while day off my vacation. Also, transfer supposed to bring us back to hotel by 6:20pm, but instead it was 7:20 pm, so we missed my birthday dinner reservation at great restaurant. Next day before our departure to the airport, I went to the guy (his name Moises), and told him that I want my money back. He said that he cannot to do anything because we were on that trip. I told him I would go, and would cancel if I knew there was nothing we went for. I even told him that I will be fine with partially refund, because we used catamaran as ferry. But he said he can't do anything about that because we were on the boat. So, PLEASE don't do our mistake people. This company is scam!!! Book your trip anywhere else! Don't waist your vacation and money. It was nothing good about service at this company. They don't care about honesty and their customer happiness. They only want your money!!! Stay away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled on Diamond Bright 1. The crew was great! In all of Cancun and Playa del Carmen this was the only place I didn't feel like we were getting ripped off or someone trying to get more money out of us. Very Honest people work this boat and when we come back we will request them again. One of the guys on the boat even offered us a ride since our shuttle was a couple minutes behind. A+++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we didn’t get to ride the boat sadly. I don’t understand the negligence that took place. First, how do you take a reservation for my family and not book us a boat for the evening? You had one job.. then try to squeeze a us on a boat with another family. Apparently you were able to take their reservation, cool but what Covid-19 guidelines are you following? No we don’t want to share a boat, are you serious?
Unfortunately there were no boats for the day so we waited until our bus came back with our money back of course. We won’t be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this catamaran tour at all. We waited for over an hour once we arrived to get checked in. Then once we got on the boat it was absolute packed with no space between people. Our first stop was snorkeling which was in between about 15 other catamarans desperately trying not to run you over and all you could really see was seaweed. The most chaotic situation plus the staff were incredibly rude. Would not recommend you’re better off going with sun-wing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This could have been a great trip, but they left four of us. I've been looking through reviews and this apparently has happened to a lot of people. We talked to other people on the boat and they said they were almost left behind as well. They will claim they wait 15 minutes, but the boat was gone in 8 minutes. People on the boat even saw us coming as they were leaving, letting you know they will not go back for you. Had to pay for a taxi to catch up to the tour. Once we got back on the boat to go home, the crew did not apologize or looked like they cared. They even had the nerve to ask for a tip at the end. When we tried to bring it up, they just shushed us. Other staff members would get aggressive and try to make you feel like it was your fault for getting left behind saying they waited 15 minutes, but when you remind them not even 10 minutes had passed, they changed the story and say "I never said 15 minutes, you were just late, and it's your fault." Literally yelling at you! This is probably the worst customer service I've ever had! They should make their guests a priority. I could understand not being able to get people when they are roaming the city, but at the restaurant? Everyone is there in one place!
