A fantastic hotel with unfortunate neighbours. Casa Agape is a lovely hotel. The rooms are stunning and super clean. The cleaners come everyday, are very thorough and friendly. They have a restaurant on the roof with delicious food and fantastic wait staff. The inclusive breakfast consists of coffee, juice, fruit & freshly made bread. The pool area is delightful! The front desk staff are very helpful and give fantastic recommendations. The only downfall would be the party hostel across the road. It blazes music until all hours of the early morning. The hotel does the best they can to manage it. They kindly moved us to a different room which was better, but the noise was very much still there unfortunately.

BEAUTIFUL room and GREAT location. However I went to Tulum to work remote and the wifi in the hotel was horrible. I don’t recommend if you are a digital nomad. Also the food in the restaurant was not good and overpriced for the area. The access to the diamanté K beach club was a great perk.

This is a beautiful hotel with large, modern rooms, an onsite restaurant and rooftop pool, as well as an amazingly warm bilingual staff that will bend over backwards to ensure you are enjoying your stay. I would compare it to a Kimpton boutique hotel, but I've never had staff this friendly. Each room has a quiet balcony or patio that is surrounded by lush vegetation, as if the Mayan jungle just comes right up to your door. Then when you exit your room, the interior second, third and top floors all have wide exterior shared patios that are absolutely covered in potted plants that are just big enough to create the illusion that the jungle is in the hotel. On this shared space there are little nichos between the plants with seating to create a number of intimate shared spaces. The neighborhood is well connected to the downtown area via Polar Poniente and the hotel has access to a private beach that is a short bike ride or inexpensive cab ride away. The desk can arrange a bike, moto or taxi for you as well as tours.

Room was cute but super basic. No iron, hammock was broken. They had an incident with a guest while we stayed there, she was making noise all night and being a small hotel, she kept everyone up. We received free breakfast in the morning as a courtesy so that was nice. Of you want a basic room, no frills it's good but if you're looking for a little more ammeneties, I'd say pass.

There is no elevator in this place, which I cannot call a hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and they said there was no bellboy or anyone to help. We went up to the 3rd floor with our heavy luggages and the receptionist accompanying us just by looking. There weren't two separate beds at the room, there was a bed and a sofa. We wanted sheets for the sofa, but the house keeping was closed (we reported in the mail that there would be 2 separate people to sleep) First of all they shouldn't sell this hotel for 2 people. Rooms are not twin beds. And because of the employees who didn't help us with anything then we did not stay in this hotel, which we paid for, but stayed in another hotel by giving money again. This place is terrible!!

The hotel is located across the street from two hostels that play extremely loud music. During this Christmas holiday it’s been every night. Though the hotel is nice I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone who cherishes sleeping at night.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed in a garden suite on the ground floor and my sister and I were celebrating our birthday. They made us feel so special, even decorating the room and bringing us a dessert. The staff were so kind and helpful and we always got a parking spot on the property (and they have bikes to borrow as well). The rooms are neutral and perfectly decorated with a lovely garden view and a hammock to swing in. The best part is the partnership with sister hotel Diamante K on the beach. We were able to go and sit in a cabana and enjoy the grounds there - it was the perfect combination of being in town and being on the beach. Will absolutely stay here again!
