★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the owner we'd be arriving at 4pm. After we arrived, the owner didn't come for another 3 hours. After that, our beds weren't ready so we had to wait another hour. The bed was dirty with crumbs and stains on it. It was an awful experience.
