Amazing staff and rooms! Breakfast is great! Abit to far from the Beach but for around 100 peso you have a taxi to the public beach

Calm and relaxing hotel with a jungle atmosphere. Free WiFi, AC, Restaurant and Pool. It has his own garden growing vegetables and honey from Melipona Bee (stingless bee). They do their own fruits jam. Friendly owners and friendly staff. Good prices.

Rooms are artistic, unique and private. We had our own hammock and private bathroom with a hot shower and US style toilet. The atmosphere is very jungle-like and every detail was perfect. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi and a beautiful pool. We loved every second of our stay!

Lovely quiet place conveniently located near Tulum downtown. (And in the free pickup zone for tours) Breakfast was delicious and featured local honey. Staff speak English and French. Close to Las Palmas, an outdoor food court with live music and dancing. Check it out!

Delightful three week stay in this immaculate zen oasis on the southern edge of Tulum pueblo. Room 1 has two queen size beds and hammock inside and on private terrasse, great shower and a safe in bedroom. We were happy to use the ceiling fan at night; it was reassuring that air con was available if needed. Linen changed every two days, towels more often if you leave them in the sink. Service pleasant and discreet, including by restauration team Brew Tulum from breakfast till 2pm under the palapa that forms the characterful hub of Casa Don Diego. Cycle to Tulum ruins, cenotes Escondido, Corazon and Laguna Kaan Luum or the beach at El Paraiso, or drive to the ruins of Coba, Ek Balam or even Chichen Itza: the swimming pool is the place to chill on arrival back at Casa DDDLS. As for evening entertainment, Plaza Central’s salsa night on alternate Tuesdays is a must: do leave appetite to sample some of the truck food on offer at stands around the dance floor - Argentine pies and Chilean chips were a revelation. Don’t want to walk into town to dine? Restaurants La Choca and Xi Xi Mak are within a 5’ and 8’ stroll respectively while Smokey O’s offers Texan fare just 10’ walk south. And before you return home, do buy some of Casa DDDLS’s own honey from their stingless melipona bees to bring some Tulum magic with you - Stephane will be delighted to advise you; he or co-owner Charlie are on hand to help make your stay as enjoyable as can be.

I loved all the selection. Their unique brews were fantastic, though my pour over fell a bit flat without as much flavor as I would have hoped for.

Did a honey tasting experience here with Stephane & it was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever done! Stephane is extremely knowledgeable & an excellent host. We also had a delicious coffee in their cafe after. Highly recommend!
