★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional stay. We arrived at 0930 hoping just to park the car as we knew it was to early to check-in. Memo not only helped us park our car in their locked parking lot, but allowed us to check into our room early.
When we did decided to walk to the city center. Memo guided us to the most easiest path. We caught an uber back for 37 pesos.
The rooms were ultra-clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast tasty and filling; this hotel has no weak points.
An easy 5 stars and we will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights while on a long road trip from Yucatan back to the US. Our room was comfortable, the property was beautiful, great views from the rooftop patio, private and secure parking lot around the corner. One of my favorite parts of our stay were the excellent breakfasts of fruit, yogurt, sweet breads, and a different main dish - chilaquiles, sopas, enchiladas, etc served every morning.
Only downsides to staying here is the long and very steep hill - we walked up and down a few times but in Centro there are plenty of taxis and Uber for about $60 pesos
Guillermo is an excellent host and I would definitely stay here again
